Terms and Conditions (AGB)
for B2B Customers Only
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services of the company rent one photo support GmbH, hereinafter referred to as "Seller", relating to the sale of goods via the online shop, e-mail communication, or social media platforms.
The offer is exclusively directed at commercial customers (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB). We do not conclude contracts with consumers.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Product presentations in the online shop, on social media, or via e-mail do not constitute legally binding offers, but merely an invitation to submit a purchase offer.
2.2 By submitting an order via the online shop, by e-mail, or via social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), the buyer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods.
2.3 A contract is only concluded upon explicit confirmation of the order by the Seller in written form (e.g. via e-mail).
2.4 The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its discretion.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are net prices in euros, excluding the applicable statutory VAT and shipping costs. Outside the EU, the currently applicable customs duties will be charged. Eligible customers outside Germany may be able to reclaim the applicable import VAT, GST, or JST from their local tax authorities.
Payment terms are stated during the ordering process or in the order confirmation.
4. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Delivery is made according to the terms specified in the order confirmation. Risk passes to the buyer as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier.
5. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for consequential damages is excluded unless legally mandated.
7. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Seller rent one photo support GmbH, 10245 Berlin.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Verträge, Lieferungen und sonstigen Leistungen der rent one photo support GmbH, im Folgenden als „Anbieter“ bezeichnet, im Zusammenhang mit dem Verkauf von Waren über den Online-Shop, per E-Mail oder über Social-Media-Plattformen.
Das Angebot richtet sich ausschließlich an gewerbliche Kunden (Unternehmer im Sinne von § 14 BGB). Es werden keine Verträge mit Verbrauchern abgeschlossen.
2. Zustandekommen des Vertrages
2.1 Die Produktpräsentationen im Online-Shop, in sozialen Medien oder per E-Mail stellen kein verbindliches Angebot dar, sondern lediglich eine Aufforderung zur Abgabe eines Angebots.
2.2 Durch die Bestellung im Online-Shop, per E-Mail oder über soziale Medien (z. B. Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) gibt der Käufer ein verbindliches Angebot zum Kauf der Waren ab.
2.3 Ein Vertrag kommt erst mit ausdrücklicher Bestätigung der Bestellung durch den Anbieter in schriftlicher Form (z. B. per E-Mail) zustande.
2.4 Der Anbieter behält sich das Recht vor, Bestellungen nach eigenem Ermessen anzunehmen oder abzulehnen.
3. Preise und Zahlung
Alle Preise sind Netto-Preise in Euro, zuzüglich der jeweils geltenden gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer und Versandkosten.
Die Zahlungsbedingungen werden während des Bestellprozesses oder in der Auftragsbestätigung angegeben.
4. Lieferung und Gefahrübergang
Die Lieferung erfolgt nach den im Bestellvorgang oder in der Auftragsbestätigung angegebenen Bedingungen. Die Gefahr geht auf den Käufer über, sobald die Ware an den Spediteur übergeben wird.
5. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die gelieferten Waren bleiben bis zur vollständigen Zahlung des Kaufpreises Eigentum des Anbieters.
6. Haftung
Die Haftung ist auf Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt. Eine Haftung für Folgeschäden ist ausgeschlossen, es sei denn, dies ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.
7. Gerichtsstand und anwendbares Recht
Der Gerichtsstand und der Erfüllungsort ist der Sitz des Anbieters rent one photo support GmbH, 10245 Berlin
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts (CISG).
